TECHNIQUE

We trim & slice every  piece of meat by hand to guarantee the highest level of quality control and consistency possible. Several hours of trial and error have been spent in order to provide the perfect cut of BounceJerky

THE MEAT

Because we are able to obtain the highest quality of grass fed Black Angus beef from a local butcher; Bob Dudek located in Essex, MD. 

Our jerky is Gluten-Free and made with 100% Black Angus eye of round beef without the use of nitrates, nitrites or any other artificial preservatives.  

Crafted by hand in small batches, we maintain a quality control that is beyond any of our competitors.
We strive to create jerky where every ingredient is locally sourced.

Our marinades are created with as many locally sourced products that we can, including a 100% all natural honey that is locally farmed here in Maryland by a local honey bee farmer.

We smoke our jerky using natural Cherry wood for

 2-3 Hours until a succulent and tender piece of meat is the result.
