SMOKING
We smoke our jerky using natural Cherry wood for
2-3 hours until a succulent and tender piece of meat is the result.
TECHNIQUE
We trim & slice every piece of meat by hand to guarantee the highest level of quality control and consistency possible. Several hours of trial and error have been spent in order to provide the perfect cut of beef.
THE MEAT
